This workshop will help make clinicians aware of the important issues we face and on major problem areas facing mental health practitioners. These will include but not be limited to the uses of technology, divorce and custody issues, boundary crossings and HIPAA compliance.  We welcome attendees to bring their own vignettes and questions.OBJECTIVES

      • Participants will be able to identify major problem practice areas in all aspects of their professional work.
      • Participants will be able to use the strategies discussed in the workshop to solve problems in clinical practice.
